Alex Fakhre

Founder & Managing Director

Alex has over a decade of experience in tech, founding his first company at 19. Since then, he has built expertise as a buyer, seller, broker, and M&A executive, specializing in tech deals with 5+ years on both buy-side and sell-side. Before Levera, Alex founded Grayl, assisting clients with asset migration and due diligence. He has previously worked in M&A advisory at EF, leading initiatives in SaaS and private financing.

Carlos Muñoz

Senior M&A Analyst

Carlos has over 7 years of experience in Asset Management and Corporate Banking, focusing on investment analysis and portfolio management. Since joining Levera, he has evaluated thousands of digital businesses to support financing and acquisitions. Previously, Carlos helped spearhead the launch of the Private Banking group at UnionBank of the Philippines.

Juan Ignacio Garcia

Strategic Advisor

With two decades in investment banking and private equity, Juan Ignacio has held senior positions at Merrill Lynch and Portobello Capital. His track record includes orchestrating over 100 transactions, notably the billion-dollar Maxam acquisition by Advent and the Técnicas Reunidas public offering. As Cabify's co-founder and CFO, he secured $500M in capital and drove revenue growth from $1M to $800M. Juan Ignacio lends his expertise to Levera's most complex and high-stakes transactions. He earned his Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering.
